View stock item details

You can see the details about each stock item from the Products and Services list. Just click the relevant item from the list.

• To enter a stock adjustment, click Adjust stock level.
• To change the stock item details, click Edit.

From here you can see:

Stock levels

This shows you the number of items currently in stock and re-order details.

Sales

This shows you the last sales price for the item, taken from your most recent sales invoice, and the date it was last sold.

Purchases

This shows you:

• The last price you paid for the item, taken from your most recent vendor bill.
• The date the item was last bought.
• The average price you paid for the item. This is worked out from the total price paid to date divided by the total number of items you bought to date.

Activity

This shows you the details of the individual stock movements for the item.

Item Details

This shows you the details set on the stock item records. Click Edit to change the stock item.
