Change the subscription email address

You'll need to be able to access the email address associated with your subscription to be able to change it. This is how we verify that you’re the subscriber.

To change the email address you use to sign in, contact our Customer Support team using the online chat option at the end of this article.

We'll send a verification code to email address and will ask you for the code to confirm that you have access to this email.

Once confirmed, we'll update your account with your new email address and send another code which you can verify yourself.

Your Sage account credentials (email and password) allow you to access all of your subscribed products. No matter how many you have, you only need to remember one email address and one password to log in. If you change your email address, it will be updated for all of your subscribed products.

Change your email address

  1. Go to the User Account Management page and log in using your registered email address and password.

  2. Select Email.

  3. Enter your new email address and select Continue.

  4. Go to your inbox and copy the verification code.

  5. Enter the code and select Verify email.

  6. Log in again using your new email address. Some products use your email address to link to other services and it can take a few days for the email address to be updated. Customer Support may contact you to confirm if the email change should apply to other products or services.

Don't have access to the email address

If you no longer have access to the email address, or have signed up with the an invalid address so you’re unable to log in, contact Customer Support via the Start a Webchat link below. They will confirm your identity and manually update your email address.
