Connect a bank feed

Use bank feeds to securely connect your accounts to your online bank account or PayPal account. Once connected, bank transactions are automatically downloaded directly from your bank account, ready to match these to existing transactions or, create new ones. When you confirm your matches, it flags the transactions as matched and reconciled.

We use different methods for connecting your bank, depending on your bank and bank account type. The connection process will change depending your bank and bank account type.

  • For some banks we have a Direct feed. This is where we have an agreement with your bank or financial institution.
  • For other banks we connect using a secure third party partner to provide your bank feed. These feeds all have Open Banking in the name of the feed.

You have to download an authorisation form and send to us.

  • Follow the instructions on the downloaded form.
  • Wait until your bank feed is authorised. This can take from 3 to 10 working days from receiving the form.
