Change the subscription email address

You need to be able to access the email address associated with your subscription to be able to change it. This is how we verify that you’re the subscriber.

To change the email address you use to sign in, contact our customer support team (opens in new window).

We'll send a verification code to email address and will ask you for the code to confirm that you have access to this email.

Once confirmed, we'll update your account with your new email address and send another code which you can verify yourself.
