Change the email address or business owner’s name on a subscription

This explains how to change the email address or business owner on a subscription.

To change the email address you use to sign in, contact our customer support team using the online chat option at the end of this article.

Our customer support team will send a verification code to your current email address and will ask you for this code to confirm that you have access to this email.

Once confirmed, they will update your account with details of your new email address and send another code which you can verify yourself.

If you no longer have access to the existing email address, then our customer support team can advise you on how to change this.
