Adding a company logo to your sales documents and statements is a great way to personalise them and promote your business. You can add a company logo and any association logos. For example, if you have a trade membership or if you are accredited by another organisation.

Uploading a logo image file
Before uploading your image file, keep in mind that the:
- Recommended size is 280 × 200 pixels.
- Maximum file size is 1 MB.
- File format must be JPG, PNG, or GIF.
To add a logo and apply a template
- Go to Settings then click Logo & Document Template.
- You can change the following information on your documents. Once you are happy with the changes, click Save.
Click the layouts you want to use in the Product based and Service based sections.
Alternatively, click Can't find your template? and select one of the older templates.
|Company logo||To add a company logo, click Add a logo. Browse to your image, then click Open.|
To add secondary logo, click Add a logo. Browse to your image then click Open.
Repeat this step for any other association logos you want to add.
|Theme colour||Select the colour scheme you want to use on your documents.|
|Font||Select the font type and size for your documents.|
Previewing your logo
To preview your logo, create a sales invoice and mark Save as Draft before saving it. After that, filter the invoice list by Draft and then tick the box next to the one you just created. Click PDF on the action toolbar at the top of the list to open the document in your browser. When you're happy with the appearance of your invoices, you can delete the draft from the Sales list.
