Employment allowance changes
From the 2020/2021 tax year, HMRC will make employment allowance available to businesses and charities whose employer national insurance contributions (NICs) bill was below £100,000 in the previous tax year.
Any companies that exceed this are no longer eligible to claim employment allowance.
Re-enrolment means every three years you must put certain employees back into an automatic enrolment pension scheme and complete a re-declaration of compliance to tell TPR you’ve met your duties.
